Yes, the Traffic Swarm system seemed perfect to me at first. These guys even set up an anti-cheat program that prevents people from getting hundreds of free credits without actually doing any real clicking. So now there is no way you can beat or cheat their system. There is even a timer that makes sure you are spending a certain amount of time on each of the other advertisers websites after you click on them. The system makes you wait 20 seconds before you can click again for more credits. If you click before the 20 seconds is up, then nothing happens. You can even see how many seconds have gone by with their built in count-down time displayed right on the same page.
I thought this was the greatest thing since sliced bread because I was clicking all around for hours trying to save up credits. And I assumed everyone else must be doing just like me. I figured their must be thousands or maybe hundreds of thousands of other people clicking on all these websites to save up credits to get more people to click on their own website.
But you know the old saying "If it seems to good to be true, then it probably is" And I think that old saying applies here. My excitement of Traffic Swarm is completely gone. After spending at least 60 hours clicking around their system to earn points I did manage to save a bunch of points. I first realized there was a problem when I stopped surfing and just decided to use all my points and see what kind of response rate I got from all the other people clicking on my website. So I put a tracking system on my url and website so I could accurately monitor the amount of clicks and the amount of customers Traffic Swarm would bring me. After all those ours of saving up those credits and watching them all get used up, I never got one single order from the Traffic Swarm visitors. Not one!
I even bought a couple thousand credits to see if I would get any kind of special attention or benefits since I was then a "Paid Pro Member" But nothing changed. Still zero orders coming from Traffic Swarm.
Why no orders? Well, in my opinion, the problem with the Traffic Swarm system is that all the members have their own website they are trying to promote. These people are not shoppers in my opinion. I think just about everyone participating in the Traffic Swarm system is an advertiser who is focused on advertising their own website. I feel that these people rarely actually read the websites they are clicking on. Instead I think they just pay for credits. Oh, did I mention that you can pay the Traffic Swarm people for as many credits as you want. I think that's their biggest problem. I think they had a good system, but then got greedy and allowed people to start paying for credits. I'm sure this must make the owners of Traffic Swarm a bloody fortune, but it does nothing but hurt the quality of your traffic in my opinion.
People using the Traffic Swarm system don't have to look your website or any website if they just pay for their credits. Traffic Swarm users don't even have to click anymore when they pay for credits up-front.
So I think that's why I never got a single order from the traffic swarm system. Probably the only people that still click around to save up credits are the people that can't afford to pay for credits. And if they can't afford to pay for credits, then how can they afford to order your products or services?
